Sanda Hiru Seya

 Sanda Hiru Seya Also known as "Victory Stupa" and "Triumphant Pagoda". This building is in Anuradhapura Sacred City. It is near to Isurumuniya Temple and Sarananda Maha Pirivena. 

    The place where the stupa is located is considered to be a place King Dutugemunu hid his treasure underground. 

    


Construction of the stupa began in 2010. The stupa is 283 feet high and 255 feet in diameter. It was completely built the construction of the Ministry of Defense, Armed forces and Civilians.

    There is 200 mirrors wall around the stupa. the floor is paved with stone, as it was in ancient time. 

Today (2021.11.18) Sanda Hiru Seya is opened for Buddhists.
